Taylor Swift lidera las nominaciones a los MTV Video Music Awards 2023
MTV anunció este miércoles sus nominados a los MTV Video Music Awards 2023, la fiesta que celebra a los artistas cuyo impacto cultural y trabajo durante los últimos 12 meses han transformado la industria de la música.

Taylor Swift lidera las nominaciones de este año con 8 postulaciones y busca repetir la victoria de "Vídeo del Año" después de batir récords el año pasado al convertirse en la única artista en ganar 3 veces la categoría. Le siguen de cerca SZA (6), Doja Cat, Kim Petras, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Olivia Rodrigo y Sam Smith (5), y BLACKPINK, Diddy y Shakira (4 ). Además, este año será muy especial porque será la edición con más artistas nominados (35 en total).
Cabe señalar que los fanáticos de todo el mundo ya pueden votar por sus artistas favoritos en 15 categorías, incluida la nueva categoría "Mejor Afrobeats", además de las icónicas categorías "Vídeo del Año" y "Artista del Año", a través de vote.mtv.com hasta el viernes 1 de septiembre. La votación para "Mejor Artista Revelación" permanecerá activa hasta el show del martes 12 de septiembre. Las nominaciones a las categorías "Grupo del año" y "Canción del verano", se anunciarán próximamente.
